Together, we summarized the past period and looked back at the main points of 2025. At the same time, we presented the company’s key priorities and plan for 2026, including long-term direction and development in several key indicators.
The meeting also included topics related to the development of infrastructure and services, current HR areas (including the annual evaluation), and other internal projects and activities.
We also devoted a lot of space to discussions and questions from employees – we thank all colleagues for their active participation, suggestions, and open communication.
