What we expect from our suppliers
We want all our suppliers to share our commitment to quality and sustainability by:
- working with us to achieve common goals and taking a proactive approach to solving problems and increasing efficiency,
- providing innovative solutions for products and services and striving for continuous improvement of their products and internal processes,
- offering products and services of the highest quality,
- delivering on time and in the right quantity,
- distributing only genuine goods and having internally set rules and systems to eliminate counterfeits,
- having an adequate and fair compensation system in place for their employees,
- and supplying products in packaging material that is consistent with the character and value of those products. Ensuring the appropriate packaging solution is key to maintaining the quality and integrity of the products during transport and storage, and at the same time reflects their prestige and price position.

In addition to adopting our Code of Ethics, we expect our suppliers to be certified in:
