This time, we started our quarterly Town Hall Meeting a little earlier than usual, which helped us avoid the worst of the afternoon heat. ☀️
Together, we reviewed the financial results for Q1 and Q2 2026, discussed our priorities for Q3, and reflected on both our achievements and the areas where results fell short of expectations. We also introduced the key pillars of the ReCAP RETIA strategy, followed by an HSE & HR update, questions, and an open discussion.
We remain committed to maximum transparency. We want to speak openly not only about what went well, but also about what we can do better. And our CEO’s door remains open.
