We welcomed a delegation of the European Parliament at Retia

Yesterday, we had the honour of welcoming a delegation of Members of the European Parliament, members of the Subcommittee on Security and Defence (SEDE), and representatives of the Czech Ministry of Defence, who visited us as part of their working trip to the Czech Republic and Poland.

The delegation was led by Nicolas Pascual de la Parte (Spain, Chair of the delegation) and included Helder Sousa Silva (Portugal), Ana Catarina Mendes (Portugal), and Alexandr Vondra (Czech Republic).

After a brief presentation and refreshments, the visit continued with a tour of our premises, during which we introduced four stations showcasing our technologies — and above all, giving the guests the opportunity to see everything in action and literally “get hands-on” with the systems.

🔹 ReGUARD – X-band radar

At the first station, we presented the ReGUARD radar, where the delegation observed a demonstration of tracking very small targets, especially drones. ReGUARD is one of the key pillars of our counter-drone solution.

🔹 ReTWIS – radar for detecting people behind solid obstacles

At the second station, the guests had the opportunity to try out the ReTWIS system, which allowed them to find out “how many of their colleagues are behind the wall.”

🔹 ReCUBE GBAD (FCC container)

The third stop focused on the mobile command and control platform for ground-based air defence — the ReCUBE GBAD FCC container. It provides fully integrated real-time control of all system sensors and effectors.

🔹 SPYDER – air defence missile system

Finally, we introduced the SPYDER air defence missile system, which we assemble and commission on-site.

Although the time for the visit was very limited, we greatly appreciate the delegation’s interest and the expert discussion naturally sparked by our products and solutions.

Thank you for your visit — and here is at least a short photo gallery from the event.
