New company profile video. Built on more than a century of radar heritage, RETIA continues to shape the future of defense and security technologies.

Yesterday, we had the honour of welcoming a delegation of Members of the European Parliament, members of the Subcommittee on Security and Defence (SEDE), and representatives of the Czech Ministry of Defence, who visited us as part of their working trip to the Czech Republic and Poland.

You can find us at the CSG Defence booth (Hall 1, #F4), where we are ready to welcome everyone – our technology partners, familiar faces, as well as new prospects and customers.

Together, we summarized the past period and looked back at the main points of 2025. At the same time, we presented the company’s key priorities and plan for 2026, including long-term direction and development in several key indicators.

We are partnering with a traditional sports club that has more than ninety years of history in Kolín, has long focused on working with youth, and has raised a number of excellent athletes and hockey players.

The first exhibition of this year, World Defense Show 2026, is approaching. It will take place on February 8–12, 2026, in Saudi Arabia. You will find us at the CSG Defence stand (Hall 1, Stand F4), where we will be presenting our solutions and technologies together with other partners.

Today we wrapped up the year with our Christmas Carp event. Every employee received a carp, enjoyed a delicious soup and mulled wine, and soaked up the festive atmosphere accompanied by a talented artist singing Christmas carols.

Over two intensive days, representatives from teams across the company came together to align on our short-, medium-, and long-term strategy. The discussions covered sales, products, and the broader development of the company — from people and organizational topics to building and capacity planning.

We bring you a few photo clips from our Christmas party, which was held again this year at the Žlutý pes music club. We believe that everyone who decided to come and spend Friday evening with colleagues enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, music, food and drinks.
