On Wednesday, October 18th, we organized a very interesting and professionally enriching workshop for contact center leaders on the 27th floor of the Avant Business Center in Prague, called ReDAT Brunch.
Our colleagues involved in the development of ReDAT recording systems shared their experiences regarding the benefits and obstacles of recording branches, offices and shops. They outlined new user interfaces and modules for data presentation aimed at simple management and an intuitive workflow. As expected, the topic of using artificial intelligence in the environment of voice and text analysis and working with recordings received the most attention. There is certainly much to look forward to in the future.
An interesting addition to the event was a lecture by a colleague from the State Enterprise Air Traffic Control of the Czech Republic, who shared practical experiences with our ReDAT systems installed in ATC. Participants also learned more about current trends and the possibilities of using drones in an entertaining and light-hearted manner. Thank you.
The meeting in the tallest building in Prague was also a great opportunity to create new contacts and deepen existing ones. It wasn’t just the professional part of the program that was a big attraction for our participants. It also included a brunch, and the catering received a lot of praise. Such conditions provide an ideal opportunity for informal networking and exchanging ideas during coffee breaks.
We believe the event was successful, and we look forward to the next one.
